Task:
As a Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for the technical realization of our projects.
First of all, you record and document the sanitary, heating and electrical conditions as well as the structural features in the respective properties and thus provide the basis for the subsequent preparation of the offer.
You create measurement documents, ensure smooth construction site organization and manage and coordinate external heating, plumbing and electrical contractors as part of project implementation and form the interface to the customer.
They ensure that deadlines, quality and budget requirements are met and are responsible for documentation and invoicing.
In cooperation with our central control station, you will support the control of the customer’s systems and organize further optimizations of the systems we manage. If required, you will support the sales department as a technical expert.
What you bring with you:
Are you familiar with technical facility management as well as the plumbing and heating trades and the corresponding technology in building automation and have you successfully completed your specialist training, perhaps with a master craftsman/technician qualification and/or with a relevant degree?
Are you proficient in VOB/B and familiar with managing multiple service providers?
Do you work in a structured and results-oriented manner and are you used to working with standard Office applications?
