Below we explain what information we collect during your visit to our website and how it is used:

 

1. Collection and processing of personal data and the nature and purpose of processing

When visiting the website, each time a user (or other visitor) accesses our website and each time a file is retrieved, data about this process is stored in a log file. This data is stored exclusively for internal system-related and statistical purposes.

Data that you provide to us when using our website, in particular:

Our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR in collecting the data is based on the following purposes:

  • Ensuring convenient use of our website,

  • for other administrative purposes.

Under no circumstances do we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.

For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form provided on the website. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after your request has been processed or your consent has been withdrawn. When using the login area:

If you have a user account created by us, you can log in to your personal area. You will need your e-mail address and password for this. This is not stored on our server. For verification, we use a so-called hash check value that does not allow your password to be reconstructed.

 

YouTube

We use the platform YouTube to upload our own videos and make them publicly accessible. This is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Some web pages of our website contain links or connections to the services of Google. In general, we are not responsible for the content of websites to which we link. In the event that you follow a link to YouTube, we would like to point out that Google stores the data of its users (e.g., personal information, IP address) according to its own data usage policies and uses it for business purposes. This website refers to an online presence on the LinkedIn platform in order to communicate with applicants, customers, interested parties, and users active there, and to inform them about our services. As the provider of this information service, we collect and process data from your use of our online presence for the purposes of advertising communication, responding to your inquiries about various products, services, and events, as well as for recruitment purposes. You also have the right to request the correction of any incorrectly collected personal data or the completion of incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR).

Furthermore, you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your data from us if the legal requirements for this are met (Art. 18 GDPR).

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or to request the transmission of this data to another controller (Art. 20 GDPR).

Additionally, you have the so-called "right to be forgotten," meaning you can request the deletion of your personal data from us if the legal requirements for this are met (Art. 17 GDPR).

Regardless, your personal data will automatically be deleted by us if the purpose for which it was collected no longer exists or the data processing was unlawful.

According to Art. 7(3) GDPR, you have the right to withdraw any consent you have previously given at any time. This will result in us no longer being able to continue the data processing based on this consent in the future. You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, provided that a right of objection is legally provided. 4. Duration of Data Storage

Unless otherwise noted in this statement, the collected data will be stored by us for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the contracts we have entered into with you or until you exercise your right to deletion or your right to data transfer to another company. Only where commercial and tax law retention periods must be observed can the storage duration of certain data extend up to 10 years.
