As a Technical Project Manager in our Industrial team, you will be responsible for the technical realization of our industrial projects throughout Europe.

First, you record and document the HLSKE infrastructure and the structural features in the respective properties and thus provide the basis for your subsequent quotation.

You create measurement documents, ensure smooth construction site organization and manage and coordinate external heating, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation and electrical companies as part of the project implementation and form the interface to the customer.

You ensure that deadlines, quality and budget requirements are met and are responsible for documentation and technical acceptance.

In cooperation with our central control station, you will support the control of the customer’s systems and organize further optimizations of the systems we manage. If required, you will support the sales department as a technical expert.

Together with your team, you will build up the “Industrial” division in our company and define standard processes.

What you bring with you:

Are you familiar with the plumbing, heating, cooling and ventilation trades and the corresponding building automation technology and have you successfully completed your specialist training, perhaps with a master craftsman/technician’s degree and/or relevant studies?

Do you have several years of experience in working with water hydraulics and the associated hydraulic balancing?

Do you routinely record complex HLSKE systems and are you able to check them and derive an installation plan?

Are you proficient in VOB/B and familiar with managing multiple service providers?

You don’t mind traveling regularly at home and abroad?

Do you work in a structured and results-oriented manner and are you used to working with standard Office applications?
