We are looking for you as a dedicated Sales Manager B2B (m/f/d) with the following focus areas and a direct reporting line to the CSO.

As Sales Manager B2B (m/f/d) at PAUL Tech AG you are responsible for the following topics:

  • Establishing a regional network of relevant target customers and stakeholders in the housing industry Acquiring and supporting new customers in the assigned region
  • Advising housing cooperatives, real estate companies, housing companies, associations and municipalities on the topic of energy efficiency
  • Strengthening long-term customer relationships and partnerships
  • Expanding our own expertise in the housing industry and energy efficiency
  • Close coordination with the sales team and the CSO

You contribute the following skills and experience:

  • Completed commercial or technical studies or comparable training
  • Sound experience in B2B sales, ideally in the field of telecommunications, housing industry or energy sales Proven sales successes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills Enjoy internal and external networking
  • Independent and organized way of working paired with very good negotiating skills Regional willingness to travel
  • Fluent German and good English skills
