Paul Tech AG is a technology leader in the real estate industry with the mission of making buildings climate-neutral. Our self-developed technology, consisting of IoT-enabled hardware and AI-supported software, permanently optimizes the water-bearing systems in buildings. This saves CO2 emissions and energy costs. We are looking for you as a Product Manager (m/f/d) to support us in Mannheim.

Your tasks:

  • You report directly to the Executive Board and act independently as a product manager at our internal interfaces, where you are the expert for all operational and strategic product management topics
  • You are responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, as well as for all product management activities for new or existing products – consisting of hardware, software and service elements
  • From the customer’s perspective, you have a clear view of the improvement and further development of our products
  • You ensure high-quality implementation on time and within budget
  • You introduce appropriate tools, product management methods and processes and thus set company-wide standards
  • You work closely with all areas of the company and coordinate technical requirements to ensure customer needs and optimal customer satisfaction

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed studies in economics, information technology or engineering or a comparable course of study
  • You have successfully developed your core competence in product management over several years in companies in one or more industries
  • Ideally, you have already successfully carried out several product developments from the conceptual idea to the launch
  • Motivation to work on diverse topics and in x-functional teams, always solution-oriented and with a clear customer focus
  • Sound practical experience with agile methods and working methods
  • Conceptual way of thinking, paired with the will to implement, assertiveness and a strong organizational talent
  • Communication in German and English appropriate to the target audience and enjoy working in a team
