PAUL Net Zero pi­lot pro­jec­ts

The pilot projects for our PAUL Net Zero product have been successfully launched! On this page, we regularly provide an insight into the implementation of PAUL Net Zero and show that the heating transition for existing properties is possible. Already now.  
 
 

January 2025 

Just one month after commissioning, we were able to record an increase in efficiency in the property mentioned below. The flow temperature was reduced from 70 °C to 53 °C. We also achieved a reduction in primary energy consumption and CO2 emissions. The energy efficiency class of the property was significantly improved from E to A.

 
December 2024  

For our client, a renowned real estate company with a focus on residential portfolio investments and project development, we began with pilot projects of our PAUL Net Zero product.

• Property type: Unrenovated residential building
• Year of construction: 1960s
• Living space: ≈ 2,200 m2
• Energy consumption: ≈ 356,500 kWh/m2a
