Exactly one week ago, on Monday, EXPO REAL 2024 kicked off in Munich, and we look back on three intensive and successful days. As a leading platform for the real estate industry, EXPO REAL offers a unique opportunity to experience pioneering innovations, new partnerships, and strategic trends in the sector. For PAUL Tech, the fair was a true milestone, marked by the world premiere of our new product, PAUL Net Zero, intensive discussions with industry experts, and promising contacts for the future. 

The World Premiere of PAUL Net Zero – CO₂-Neutral Real Estate for a Sustainable Future 
The highlight of our presence at the fair was the presentation of PAUL Net Zero. With our AI-supported control system and the integration of heat pumps and photovoltaic systems, we enable existing properties to become CO₂-neutral without capital investment. This technology was met with enthusiasm. A particular success is our joint venture with ZAR Real Estate, which will make up to 40,000 residential units climate-neutral within the next two years. This clearly positions us as a driver of the heat transition.

Industry Panel and Expertise in Focus 
In addition to the product premiere, PAUL Tech also positioned itself as a thought leader through the participation of our CEO, Sascha Müller, in the high-profile panel "Innovation Instead of Resignation: Let's Defuse the Climate Bomb in the Building Sector?" Müller emphasized the need for technological innovations like PAUL Net Zero to not only be CO₂-neutral but also remain economically viable—without burdening tenants. This discussion underscored our commitment to making a significant contribution to the energy transition with pioneering solutions.

The fair days were rounded off with high-level discussions with representatives from the real estate industry, including the delegation from the GDW Federal Association of Housing. Together, we stand for a heat transition that remains affordable while also enhancing the quality of life for tenants. The inspiring exchanges and exciting discussions demonstrated that our solutions address the challenges facing the industry and enable sustainable transformation.
