We are looking for you to support us at ourlocations in Mannheim, Berlin or Nuremberg as an internal sales employee (m/f/d).

This is what your future working day will look like:

  • You will work closely with your colleagues (m/f/d) in the field, be a competent contact person (m/f/d) for our existing customers and communicate by e-mail, teams and telephone.
  • You record relevant customer data and maintain it in our CRM and ERP system.
  • You will be responsible for preparing and following up on quotations, drawing up contracts and calculations, and will take care of downstream order processing.
  • You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints and ensure a positive customer journey.
  • You stabilize and improve customer relationships through regular customer contact.

What you bring with you:

  • Have you successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have relevant experience in a comparable position?
  • Do you have very good verbal and written communication skills in German, ideally also in English?
  • Do you work in a structured, independent and self-initiated manner and do you consistently pursue your work results until they are fully completed?
  • Do you keep an overview even under pressure and always remain service-oriented in your behavior?
  • Are you confident in using standard MS Office products and do you have experience in working with a CRM and ERP system?
  • Do you ideally have knowledge of the real estate industry?
