We are looking for you to support us at our locations in Mannheim, Berlin or Nuremberg as a Commercial Project Manager (m/f/d) with the following focus areas:
- You are the interface between the key account and our commercial departments.
- You support the preparation of quotations and contracts.
- You are responsible for coordinating service providers, partners or offices.
- You are responsible for billing our sales partners.
- You control the processes in accounts receivable accounting.
- You will work closely with our technical project managers on site to successfully realize our customer projects.
What you bring with you:
- Have you completed a commercial apprenticeship?
- Do you already have several years of professional experience, ideally in the real estate industry or in facility management?
- Are you confident in using MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook?
- Do you have experience in dealing with Master Data Management (MDM), ERP systems or Product Information Management (PIM) systems?
- You work reliably, independently and conscientiously
- Do you ideally have product knowledge in the sanitary and/or heating sector?
