Simply explained: Your new heating system
Dear tenants,
We would like to inform you about the planned modernization measures in our building.
The aim is to replace the existing decentralized gas floor heating systems with a modern and efficient central heating system with a heat pump. This contributes to climate protection, reduces energy costs in the long term, and increases living comfort.
Background of the measure
The existing gas floor heating systems are technically outdated and consume a lot of fossil energy. In the future, heat supply will be provided centrally by a heat pump. This uses environmental energy and operates significantly more efficiently and environmentally friendly.
Planned work in the apartments
- If necessary, dismantling of the existing gas floor heating.
- All old devices will be properly dismantled and disposed of.
- Installation of new heating pipes from the heat pump to the connection point in your apartment.
- Where necessary, small wall or floor openings will be made and properly closed after completion of the work.
- If necessary, replacement of existing thermostat valves.
Work in the building
Additionally, on 07.10.25, core drilling will be carried out in the stairwell. We recommend that noise-sensitive residents do not stay in the building on this day. The drilling will take place between 08:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Furthermore, work will be carried out in the stairwell and basement to lay the main pipes, install the heat pump, and build the central heating room. These measures only indirectly affect the apartments.
Schedule
- Start of work: 06.10.2025
- Duration per apartment: approx. 1.5 days
- Total duration of the measure: approx. 2 weeks
The work in your apartment will be coordinated with you in advance. We will do our best to keep restrictions as low as possible.

Planned work on the outdoor facilities
During the outdoor work, there may be unavoidable noise disturbances. We will make every effort to keep disturbances as low as possible and work closely with the commissioned trades to minimize the duration of the work.
By installing modern heat pumps, we are making an important contribution to the heating transition and thus to a more sustainable future. This new technology brings changes that protect the environment and lead to greater comfort in your living spaces in the long term.
