Ope­ra­ti­ons Con­trol­ler (m/f/d)

To support our Operations team in Munich or Mannheim, we are looking for you as a Operations Controller(m/f/d) with the following core tasks:

 

  • Coordination with finance teams: Develop budget and cash flow forecasts based on business and installation plans, collaborate with Finance teams to ensure budgets match operation roadmaps
  • Align with business teams: Evaluate installation quality in partnership with project managers to ensure adherence to standards, create effective processes for finance and business collaboration
  • Invoices Check: Audit and verify invoices from suppliers & installation partners, ensuring they match planned hardware and installation efforts and terms of framework contracts
  • Performance: Analyze effectiveness and performance of individual projects. Provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements based on data analysis, challenging status quo
  • Decisions: Prepare analyses and decision needs incl. recommendations for senior management, C- and board level
  • Track & Monitor KPIs: Continuously track KPIs, implement and track action items, and drive overall process improvements. Ensure continuous process enhancement and derive mitigation measures for escalations
  • Digitalization & Automation: Own the integration of all data flows from and to suppliers and installation partners driving full automation of core data flows and associated controlling processes

 

Your profile

  • Profound experience in a controlling or analytical role, with a focus on operations or field services
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, (Alteryx & Tableau as plus) with a strong ability to analyze data
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, drive to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to lead meetings, prioritize decisions, and drive process improvements.
  • English required, German is a plus
